Welcome to South Fork HOA
The offical website for the residents of South Fork Phase I Homeowners Association located in Riverview, FL.
There are several vacancies in the Board of Director positions. The Association is looking for volunteers to assist with the day to day decisions of the Community, including Architectural Review requests, repairs & maintenance items, etc. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an interest in this very important role.
Welcome to the new South Fork HOA I Web site! We have some exciting new features so please browse each tab for important information regarding Association documents, minutes, the budget, Neighborhood Watch information and contact info on all local & state entities. And most exciting is the new calendar and the classifieds tab. Feel free to list your items for sale. This feature automatically deletes your ad after 15 days so you will need to refresh the ad to continue it for more than that period.
A reminder that Association dues are paid quarterly and are due within 15 days of the beginning of each quarter. A $25 late fee applies for all late payments. The HOA quarterly dues include bulk cable services with Spectrum. The Board of Directors have signed an improved services contract that will start approximately March or April. Spectrum will notify you directly about these Exciting changes in late February or March! Once the information is received from Spectrum, the South Fork website will also list the features under the “documents” tab
HOMEOWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING SPECTRUM FOR ANY REPAIR OR SERVICE QUESTIONS.
Through our agreement with South Fork I, the bulk contract includes two (2) Digital Cable Boxes and (2) remote controls, which will require installation. Any additional digital equipment will be billed to you directly. You’re welcome to add DVR service for an additional charge. Adding DVR service lets you stop, pause, rewind, and record programs, so you can watch TV on your schedule.
Mailboxes must be in conformity with the existing mailboxes in place at Phase 1. The association will provide you a mailbox for a cost of $15 & deliver to your home or you can schedule install through DLG for a total cost of $35. Please mail your payment payable to South Fork along with a request and instructions to the DLG office. Install and delivery is approximately 7 business days after payment is received. Please do not send these requests to the PO Box where dues are sent. Mailbox posts are the responsibility of the resident and are available at Home Depot. Posts must be consistent with existing white posts. Address numbers are also available at Home Depot and are 3” black block letters in the mailbox section of Home Depot.
The Board of Directors are now using Anne Hathorne PA for violation enforcement.
