Which association do I belong to?
 
There are three neighborhoods within South Fork Of Hillsborough County Phase I community which include Sigler, Opus, Padron, Okagor, Eve Margaret, Kucha Court, Little Bend Lane, Cohiba Court, and Noah Court residential streets.
 
When\Where do board meetings occur?
 
Board meetings are held quarterly and the annual member meeting and election is in April of each year. All meetings are located at:
Christ the King Lutheran Church, 11421 Big Bend Rd. Riverview, FL 33569
 
Where can I report a possible HOA violation?
 
You can call the management company at 813-254-1600 or email to dlee@dlgmgmt.com. You are also encouraged to call code enforcement or submit a complaint on line.
 
Where do I get pool access card?
 
Pool access cards are now issued by the pool monitor at the pool. Please see the pool cards and rules page by clicking here. Dues must be current to obtain a pool access card.
Are cable services included in our HOA dues?
Yes, Spectrum Premium cable and other services are included. Improved services begin March or April 0f 2018 and Spectrum will be providing announcement of those services directly to you via mail.
